How long does a treatment last?
Please allow 1hr - 1:30hrs for your initial appointment, to allow time to discuss your personal circumstances, carry out an assessment and a treatment.
Follow up and maintenance sessions are 45 minutes - 1hr
How many treatments will I need?
I reccommend an initial course of 3 treatments, but no specific number is required as everyone responds differently.
In some cases, problems are resolved after the first treatment, other issues are more complex and may take longer to resolve or may benefit from regular maintenance.
How much does it cost?

Do you take card?
Yes, all majoy credit and debit cards are accepted.
I also accept cash and bank transfer.
Unfortunately, I do not accept cheques

What shall I wear?
While people often respond better with the moves directly on skin, treatment can be carried out through light clothing like leggins and a t-shirt.
Can I bring someone with me?
Absolutely, whatever makes you more comfortable, though my treatment space is only big enough ideally for one extra person
Can I mix types of treatment?
It is not reccommended to mix Bowen with other therapies like massage for 7 days either side of your treatment, as it can overload the system and may hinder the effectiveness of both.
What if I miss or need to cancel my appointment?
Missed appointments or cancellations within 48 hours will usually incur a £20 fee
